Hello! My name is Jo & my partner is Jon, many years ago I lived here in Spain on the Costa del Sol, for family reasons I returned to the UK but it was always my intention to return…the coast had changed beyond recognition and so….. Many years later here I am or here we are!!

I wanted to live in ’Spain’ with real Spanish people and their customs and that is what I am doing (with my partner of course)!

During this time we have made friends and many acquaintances. It helps because I can speak Spanish. Because of this, and my previous property sales experience in the UK, we were approached by the Spanish Estate Agent, Asinrute , who we bought our house from, to help sell their properties and encourage other British people to settle in the area! They no longer exist, but the experience gave us an excellent grounding in the Spanish property market. 

Personally, I don't want things here to change too much! What I do want, is you to have the same opportunity as us, living in an area which is both beautiful and peaceful, has long sunny days and warm balmy nights, where the day doesn't end at 9 when the sun goes down, in fact that's when it starts!

We can help you find the right property - at the right price and in the right place, if you cannot find the property but a piece of land with a ruin on it, then you can buy the land and have a new house built. (this is quite common here) Building in this area is restricted to land with buildings (or ruins) on them.

With our many contacts here we can arrange and supervise any necessary renovation or building work. Alternatively, you can stay with us and watch over your work personally!

Not all properties need work, there are villas and town houses, which are simply superb, prices are rising here, but compared to the UK, there are still reasonably priced properties available!

Should you find a property to your liking, we can then personally assist you in the bureaucracy that goes with property purchase here, including mortgages, insurance, NIE number, translations, and a finding a lawyer etc! See our Tips for Buyers It is all reasonably straight forward and as long as you take the same precautions as you would in the UK you should have no problems.
